The room was very spacious and had a private bathroom, a microwave, tea/coffee-making facilities, and a fridge. Rewritten: the room was really big and had its own bathroom, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator.

In general the staff were very amiable and amicable. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator in the spacious room. The position was favourable, short walk from a train station. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

Family-friendly hotel, family atmosphere, excellent location in the middle of jackson. Location next to all main attractions, train station and cafes, restaurants and mini market.

The hotel room was reasonably spacious and had central heating, a flat, screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini, fridge. the staff were all helpful and accommodating. the family, friendly vibe at the hotel was great.

Enjoyed our 6 nights stay. The room we had included a mini fridge bar, a microwave, and air conditioner. Our location was good and magnificent, short walk from a train station. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

The family room was ready when we checked in. It was great to have hair dryers and bath sheets. the location was particularly good and excellent. Free parking was available on site.
